Skin conditioning

Whether you have dry, sensitive or oily skin or you struggle with breakouts, acne, pigmentation, scarring or suboptimal skin quality, a consultation with your healthcare provider can answer your questions, improve your skincare routine and lead to optimal skin quality. This step is essential to ascertain what your requirements are and to plan your holistic treatment regime.

Chemical peels

A wide range of chemical peels are available to address pigmentation, acne and ageing including fine wrinkles and sun-damage. By peeling the superficial layers of the skin, the damaged skin cells are removed leading to a glowing effect.
Treatment duration 15 to 30 minutes, down-time 3 to 10 days.

Microneedling / mesotherapy

Microneedling is effective in treating scarring, acne, alopecia (hair loss), pigmentation, stretch marks, skin laxity and overall skin rejuvenation. By adding specific serums whilst microneedling, a desired effect can be achieved.

Mesotherapy is the injection of small droplets of serum into the mesoderm layer of the skin, resulting in glowing, hydrated skin and improving fine lines and wrinkles.
Treatment duration 30 minutes, down-time minimal.

Botulinum toxin

As we age, wrinkles worsen and become more prominent. This can be treated with botulinum toxin, which causes temporary muscle paralysis and ultimately decreases dynamic wrinkles. Common treated areas include the forehead, frown, crow’s feet, bunny lines and gummy smile. Another common use is for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) in the palms of the hands, soles of the feet and the armpits. Results last on average between 3 and 4 months, with hyperhidrosis lasting anywhere between 6 and 12 months.
Treatment duration 30 minutes, down-time minimal.

Dermal fillers

Naturally, we all lose volume in our faces as we age. This leads to sagging skin, hollow cheeks and an aged appearance. Dermal fillers are a safe , reversible way to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles and enhance the contours of your face in a way that can look completely natural.

There are various dermal filler injection options, most often used is hyaluronic acid, which is also found naturally in the human body. Most fillers last anywhere from 6 months to several years depending on the type and injection site.
Treatment duration 30 minutes, down-time minimal.

Collagen Biostimulators

Collagen is a protein that gives structure and support to your skin, As we age, our collagen decreases, showing signs of ageing such as sagging, skin laxity and wrinkles. Collagen biostimulators helps to slow the signs of ageing by activating collagen production in the skin and ultimately restore structure and volume. The treatment is minimally invasive, results are gradual and can be seen within six to eight weeks and results last about 25 months.
Treatment duration 30 minutes, down-time minimal.

PDO Threads

Polydioxanone threads are dissolvable sutures inserted beneath the skin to address sagging skin and help rejuvenate the face. It causes a mechanical lifting of the tissue and skin, it contracts fat tissue to result in skin tightening and it promotes collagen production and neovascularization to renew your skin at a cellular level. Threads last anywhere between six to nine months.
Treatment duration 30 minutes, down-time minimal.

Lipolysis

Lipolysis injection is a medical treatment that involves injecting a lipolytic agent, such as phosphatidylcholine or deoxycholic acid, directly into localized fat deposits under the skin. The injected solution works by breaking down fat cells, causing them to release their contents into the bloodstream, where they can be metabolized and eliminated by the body. This treatment is typically used for small to moderate areas of fat around the abdomen, flanks, or thighs that are resistant to diet and exercise, including double chin. However, it is important to note that lipolysis injections are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and should only be used under the guidance of a qualified medical professional.
Treatment duration 30minutes, down-time minimal.

IV Supplementation

Intravenous Therapy is a nutritional therapy that involves delivering nutrients directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous line. This method bypasses the digestive system, allowing for faster and more complete absorption of nutrients. IV nutrition may be used to treat a variety of conditions, such as nutritional deficiencies, dehydration and certain chronic illnesses. It is also commonly used as a form of immune system support, energy boost, and overall wellness treatment.
Treatment duration 45minutes to 1 hour, down-time minimal.
